What if I’m running late?

All clients are given a 30 min grace period. After 30 min an additional $30 dollars will be added to the total cost of the session. The agreed upon session end time will remain unchanged unless additional time has been agreed to be paid.

What if I need to reschedule?

Sessions can be rescheduled at no additional cost with a minimum of 48 hour notice. Less than 48 hours notice will incur a rescheduling fee of $25 dollars to be paid prior to confirmation of new session date.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are refundable with a minimum of 48 hours notice of the session date.

Do we provide glam services?

We do not, however we have partnered with several incredible MUA’s that can handle glam services. Glam service fees and scheduling will be handled between the client(s) and the MUA providing the service but we can assist with coordinating glam services if necessary.

What is the expected turn around time?

Turn around time for photography is no longer than 1 week (typically edited photos are returned in a matter of days). Videography turn around time will be dependent on the type of project and can be discussed during consultation.
